We will visit your space monthly to ensure there is no damage anywhere eand ensure your home is in good conition this way you get full visitbility ino your home and can rest assured your home is in good condition throughout guest stays.

Beyond giving you access to our trusted vendor network, we act as your personal "boots on the ground" to provide a dependable safety net for both your property and your guests. Our team is available throughout the day to handle any urgent, in-person needs or emergencies immediately.

A Price Labs subscription is included for your listing, allowing us to use real-time pricing tools that adjust nightly rates based on demand, season, and local events to keep you competitive, optimized, and fully booked all year.

Your property gets noticed through a mix of search engine optimization, social media promotion, and email marketing. We make sure the right guests see your listing — and book it.

FAQs

Any Setup Fees?

Listing Creation: $100–$500 to build your listing from scratch or completely spruce up and optimize your existing one for maximum search visibility.
The setup fee is 100% reimbursable. To credit you back, we discount your monthly co-hosting invoice by $100 each month until the full setup costs are returned to you. This protects our team’s upfront labor while ensuring onboarding is ultimately free for our long-term partners.

The guest pays the cleaning fee. It is added as a charge to their booking total on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo, meaning it does not come out of your rental revenue or your monthly payouts.

We link your property listings directly to your own Stripe or bank account. You receive your rental revenue directly from the booking platforms as soon as a guest checks in. We will invoice you for our co-host fee separately at the end of each month.

We believe in earning your business every single month. Our standard agreements operate on a flexible, month-to-month basis. If you ever wish to stop working with us, all we require is a 30-day written notice.
