Our nickname, “The Nook” couldn’t be a more perfect title to describe this home. You will have your own private entrance and will be completely separate and enclosed by a 7ft wooden fence, tucked around 50 feet away from the street and sidewalk-offering privacy and comfort. The Nook is located behind our other listing, “The Front House”. Don’t worry, you will not be able to see in their yard and vice versa, or share any walls- you are completely separate. We strive for comfort! Plush king size bed, extra pillows, and black out curtains in the bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Beautiful front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or work on your laptop during the day.

You will be located right in the heart of North Park & Hillcrest, on one of the most popular streets – University Ave! Great location for those who enjoy the city & walking to & from parks, restaurants, attractions & nightlife all within a mile or less. ***Note: There is only street parking available in the surrounding neighborhoods-not metered. Availability can vary on the time of day and day of the week. There is a Smart and Final grocery store across the street, you also have Trader Joes and Sprouts on the same road, within a mile or less. This is a busy street, safe & convenient to all San Diego has to offer.

Pet friendly, approval required & subject to a $50.00 flat fee per stay. Read Dog policy below in more details before requesting approval.

– Damage/stains caused by Pets is subject to additional fees.

You are a 10-15 minute WALK from the Zoo, Golf course and Balboa Park! A short walk or car ride to some of the best restaurants, breweries & entertainment in North Park and Hillcrest or a quick Lyft away!
Gorgeous beaches & attractions are a 10-15 minute drive from your stay. About a 15-minute drive to the airport.
Great location central to the hottest attractions in San Diego.
