Located just 0.3 miles, or a 5-minute walk, from Adams Avenue, this home puts you steps away from the vibrant heart of Kensington. This neighborhood blends timeless charm with modern convenience, making it the ideal destination for your getaway.

Private drive-way that can fit up to 3 cars and free (non-metered) street parking. No guest access to the garage.

– Beautiful soft wood flooring throughout, we ask that shoes be removed and sand be rinsed off before entering home. Wagons, strollers etc. must not be rolled over the floors.
* Zero tolerance for smoking of any kind inside or outside.
* No unapproved parties/gatherings beyond the approved guests.

DECORATING SERVICE 🥳🍾🌹
To elevate your stay, we offer a decorating service for your special occasions and holidays. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or celebration, our team can offer to decorate prior to your stay for that special surprise.
A deposit for accessories is required in advance and will be applied to the final cost. A service fee applies and is based on the level of customization. Please note, for the safety and upkeep of the property, decorations such as streamers, confetti, powders, and candles (other than birthday candles) are not permitted. However, balloons, flowers, and signs are welcome.

SERVICE ANIMALS
