🌟 Our home has been thoughtfully refreshed with brand-new upgrades to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Inside, you’ll find a new dining table for family meals, a new chair, black out curtains and outdoor furniture and games. The kitchen is fully stocked with a brand-new pot and pan set along with a quality new knife set, making it easy to prepare meals at home. To ensure comfort year-round, we’ve added two new window A/C units, corner protectors, and child safety door lock to give extra peace of mind.

Step outside to enjoy the upgraded outdoor space, complete with a grill prep table and a comfortable new furniture set, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. For fun, the backyard now features both Cornhole and Jumbo Connect 4, great for guests of all ages. Thoughtful touches throughout, including new black out curtains, and rugs to give the home a fresh, modern feel while still being cozy and welcoming. 🌟

LOCATION
Located in a popular and busy part of town. You will be located right in between North Park & Hillcrest. Great location for those who enjoy the city & walking to & from parks, restaurants, attractions & nightlife all within a mile or less. Might not be a good fit for travelers who prefer a quiet suburban area. Grocery store steps away and Trader Joes within a mile.

PARKING
Free (non-metered) street parking only, you may need to walk a small block or two. We offer a utility wagon to help with unloading. Availability can vary depending on the time of day.

DECORATING SERVICE 🥳🍾🌹
To elevate your stay, we offer a bespoke decorating service for your special occasions and holidays. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or celebration, our team can transform the space to suit your vision. A deposit for accessories is required in advance and will be applied to the final cost. A service fee applies and is based on the level of customization. Please note, for the safety and upkeep of the property, decorations such as streamers, confetti, powders, and candles (other than birthday candles) are not permitted. However, balloons, flowers, and signs are welcome to make your occasion truly special.

PETS
Up to 2 dogs allowed upon approval. Read pet policy below in more detail.

PETS 2.0
– Must be disclosed and approved first
– Guests will be responsible for covering the cost to replace sheets, comforter or anything damaged by the pet. Dogs not allowed on beds and signs of dog hair on beds will require sheets to be replaced.
– No signs of aggression, barking, disturbing behavior
– Medium size bed and bowls provided
– Pets not allowed on leather couch
– Must be cleaned after in the yard
– Not disclosing accurate number of pets will result in a claim with airbnb, a fee, and a negative review.
– Damage to property, rips, digging, and stains are subject to additional fees.

-Less than a mile walk to some of the best restaurants, breweries & entertainment in North Park and Hillcrest.
-Gorgeous beaches & attractions are a 10-15 minute drive from your stay.
