Enter this two-story, 1,300-square-foot home and find yourself in a light beach living room area with lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy the fireplace and large wall-mounted smart TV. Adjacent to the living room area is a colorfully accented dining area with seating for guests and a kitchen bar with additional seating, making it easy for everyone to eat together. The first-floor balcony right off the kitchen has a new gas grill, a sitting area, and a pleasant view of the ocean.
The modern kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and oven, and a walk-in pantry with a highchair for children. This home features two upstairs primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with a shower and bathtub. One primary bedroom is furnished with a smart TV while the other has a balcony with two chairs and more views of the ocean. These bedrooms also boast newly-installed drop-leaf desks and make great spaces for catching up on remote work. The downstairs bedroom includes a half-bath off the living room. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your comfort.
Additional amenities include a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are also boogie boards, wetsuits, beach chairs and both adult and child beach bikes available for your use. WiFi is also provided.

Just steps from the front door, you’ll find a local retail area with coffee, restaurants, and shops. Easy to explore and enjoy La Jolla Village, just a short walk away. Freeway access is not too far away if you choose to enjoy any of San Diego’s world-class attractions such as the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, and so much more.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and abides by the San Diego Good Neighbor policy with strict quiet hours after 10pm. No parties are allowed.
– Please note that this home features a staircase with 16 steps leading to the front door, which may not be suitable for everyone.
– Air conditioning is not provided in this home; however, ceiling fans are installed throughout for your comfort.
– Recreational equipment is available in the garage for your enjoyment. The owners cannot be held liable for any injuries that may occur while using this equipment.
– Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home is best suited for quieter groups. Our rental agreement strictly prohibits excessive noise, occupancy, and parties, with deposit forfeitures and/or evictions enforced accordingly.
– We kindly request that no sand be brought into the house. A brush is provided outside the door for sand removal before entry. Please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply if sand is found inside.
– Up to 2 dogs are welcome in this home with prior approval. No other animals are permitted without specific authorization. Please refrain from allowing dogs on furniture to avoid additional cleaning charges.
– Laundry facilities are located inside the garage.
– BBQ GRILL: As we do not reside on-site, we are unable to monitor the propane tank’s status. If you plan to use the grill, please refill the propane tank and provide us with the receipt for reimbursement. Responsible usage and grill cleaning after each use are required to avoid additional cleaning costs.
– For safety reasons, a clothing steamer is provided instead of an iron.
– Parking notes: Free parking is available for 1 compact vehicle, with additional free street parking for larger vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
